Joseph Berkes Group of Williams Trew is a full-service real estate agency led by Fort Worth natives Joseph and Claire Berkes.

PROJECT

Hutson Creative was hired to provide copywriting, design and social media services to help increase the agency's presence in the local DFW market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

I planned, wrote and shared Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn posts in addition to running social media ads. I also wrote MLS listings and provided copywriting for digital and print collateral.

RESULTS

​Over the course of one year, my social media management resulted in the following key results:

• Increased Instagram followers by 55%

• Increased average Instagram engagements per month from 61 to 1,425

• Increased average Facebook reach to 6,825 people per month (64% of which came from paid reach)
